Winter/Spring 2013 Schedule
The schedule for the Winter/Spring 2013 season is posted here. Apologies for any confusion that may have arisen over the last couple of days but the first schedule that was posted was found to have a couple of teams playing each other twice and had to be fixed before the season got underway.
We have 26 teams playing this season and because of a slightly lower number than in previous years, the season has been reduced to 19 weeks.
Season dates:
First week of games - Wed, January 16
Mid-season singles tournament - Sat, March 23
Mid-season doubles tournament - Sat, April 13
Last week of regular season - Wed, May 22
Playofffs - Sunday, May 26 - Wed, June 5
End of season tournament - Sat, June 8
Banquet - Friday, June 21.
Thanks to Oz and Bernard for all their time and effort to create and post the schedule.
Best of luck to everyone and have a great season.

Sportsmanlike Behavior
There have been a couple of reports of less than sportsmanlike behavior reported over the past couple of weeks.
While tempers can sometimes get short and frustrations arise, please remember that when playing, you are representing the Itaewon Pool League. Violent and abusive behavior goes against our rules and any reports of such behavior will be taken very seriously by the executive committee.
The Itaewon Pool League relies on the goodwill of bars to host teams. It is supposed to be a bit of friendly competition and, of course, the chance to have a few drinks and socialize mid-week. Any actions that threaten the relationship the league has with the bars we play in negatively affects the league as a whole.
This is supposed to be a social league and a chance to let off some steam but please ensure that you and your teammates behave appropriately.
Happy shooting.

New Season Teams
The new season teams have been entered and assigned to the divisions. Click Season / Standings to view. The season schedule will be posted as soon as it is available.
Captains can now migrate players into their teams to prepare for the new season. Go to Edit Team after login and click the [Migrate] button to search for team members who played in a different team last season, select and click [Assign]. Please contact a league official if you don't know how to login to the site.
Matches will begin this Wednesday, January 16. Remaining league dues should be paid by January 30. Our treasurer, Jeff Trageser will be playing at Hollywood for the first two weeks of the season and all money should be given to him.
